We work hard to ensure that items purchased are of the highest quality. We demonstrate our commitment to quality by providing all of our customers a warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year following the date of purchase. In the rare case of product failure or manufacturing defect, you may submit this warranty form for review by the Titan Warranty Department.
At Titan's discretion, we may:

1) Repair an item

2) Replace parts on an item

3) Exchange an item

4) Provide a refund up to the full value of the item

Damages due from improper care or accident may be repaired at a reasonable rate at the discretion of our Warranty Department. If a repair is authorized, it must be returned to us (freight prepaid, with proof of purchase) during the 12 month period after the date of your original purchase of the product.
- Items damaged from abuse, misuse, or overloading are not covered under warranty.
- Normal wear and tear is to be expected and will not be covered under warranty.
